Functions and responsibilities as Project Manager IT As a project manager, you proactively engage in the internal improvement processes of our shipbuilding clients. Whether it involves shortening lead times, reducing risks, working hours, or enhancing the predictability of production standards. Your technical background (in business administration and IT) enables you to swiftly grasp shipbuilding and the challenges faced by our clients. You promptly identify potential improvement measures, partly due to the insights our MES application provides.  Your familiarity with Lean practices, along with your natural curiosity for finding ways to make things better, enables you to effectively lead projects and initiatives focused on improvement. Collaborating with your colleagues (the software development team) in Zwolle, you establish and oversee (sub) projects through to completion.
