To drive this transformation, we are looking for a Shipyard Process Engineer to bridge the gap between vision and execution in shipyard operations. Your role as Shipyard Process Engineer As Shipyard Process Engineer, you will: Lead the vision-building process for shipyard transformation projects. Analyze shipyard operations and identify opportunities for digital optimization. Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements for our software and implementation teams. Guide the implementation process, ensuring that solutions align with real-world production needs. Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, tech leads, and product owners. Work directly with shipyard teams to connect long-term goals with short-term execution. What do you bring? Experience in shipyard operations, ship production, or industrial process optimization. Knowledge of digitalization and information management in shipbuilding or related industries. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate operational challenges into structured solutions.
