We are seeking a talented and business savvy digital marketing manager to join our dynamic team at Floorganise. As a coordinator within our commercial team you will play a crucial role in ensuring our digital solutions and services are positioned accurately and as attractive as possible for our target audience. Being in the lead for our messaging, prioritization and execution of all marketing efforts through our various channels and iniatives.
An ideal candidate for this marketing coordinating role should possess a combination of analytic,commercial and creative skills to initiate new projects, prioritize the right actions and to coordinate results with our team of colleagues and external agencies.
Functions and responsibilities as Digital Marketing Manager
- Coordinate the development of visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, banners, and website elements.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align graphic design elements with broader marketing goals.
- Create compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Optimize website design for a positive user experience and improved conversion rates.
- Generate high-quality written and visual content for various marketing channels, maintaining consistency in messaging.
- Apply your analytical skills and creativity to find new ways to shed light on the efforts our team by creating new marketing materials.
- Understand priorities and the sweet spots to reach the core needs of our target audience.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in design and/or marketing , or a related field
- Experience with online analytics, branding, marketing and visual presentation
- Excellent creative skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with the maritime or shipyard industry is a plus.
- You have a EU passport (from a NATO country)
- You are proficient in English
