Floorganise Launches Naval Solutions Team to expedite delivery and compliance
Floorganise is proud to announce the creation of a dedicated Naval Solutions Team, focused on delivering expertise and best practices for private and public yards maintaining or constructing naval vessels. This initiative strengthens our commitment to supporting organizations such as the Navy or Coast Guard with their intermediate- or depot-level maintenance as well as the broader industry completing complex naval projects.
Leading this new team is Arjen Poortvliet, who will join Floorganise in January. Arjen brings over 20 years of experience in shipbuilding, gained through a distinguished career at Damen Shipyards Group. His background spans key leadership roles, including Project Manager, Site Manager and Manager of Project Department; in addition, he brings an extensive experience in production management, repair, refit projects, and international construction.
Arjen’s deep knowledge of naval ship building processes and shipyard management will be instrumental in helping our customers optimize processes, improve efficiency, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Arjen will join our experienced consultants, Danny Mol (Netherlands) and Ralf Neckien (United States), forming a team that combines deep expertise and global perspective to support government shipyards worldwide.
