Functions and responsibilities

  • Software Development and Maintenance: Drive the design, development, and longterm maintainability of Floorganise software products. Deliver highquality, scalable, and robust code while proactively identifying technical improvements and ensuring the reliability of the platform. 
  • Technical Analysis & Solution Design: Evaluation of ticket objectives to break them down into specific technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions. By doing so, the developer can provide meaningful refinement estimates of the work involved, helping the team plan and prioritize tasks effectively.  
  • BackEnd Development & Data Integrity: Design, implement, and maintain robust APIs, business logic, and data workflows. Ensure secure, performant interactions with databases and services, and optimise systems for scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency. 
  • UX Integration and Front-End Development: Implement design specifications and guidelines in coordination with our UX team. Promote clean, accessible interfaces with a strong emphasis on simplicity, usability, and consistent crossbrowser and crossdevice performance. 
  • Code Architecture: Contribute actively to shaping and evolving the application architecture. 
  • Testing & Validation: Conduct DOD tests and document procedures and results to ensure code meets industry standards.  
  • Coordination: Participate proactively in agile processes (scrum: daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning). Communicate and cooperate with team members to ensure efficiency and quality.  
  • Continuos learning: Maintain understanding of current relevant technologies and programming practices.  

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master level university degree or equivalentin computer science or engineering. 
  • Minimum 5 years in Web Development. 
  • English Proficiency. 
  • Experience with C# and Vue. 
  • Strong Knowledge of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. 
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
