Floorganise is digitalising shipyards across Europe. To support our growth and ensure strong financial predictability, we’re looking for a Manager Finance & Business Control who combines solid financial control with data‑driven business steering.
In this role, you will build the financial backbone of a fast‑growing international tech company — from reporting accuracy to strategic insight.
What You Will Do
Financial Control
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Own P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and compliance
- Maintain internal controls, audit readiness and subsidy requirements
- Manage cash flow, working capital and liquidity planning
Business Control
- Analyse project margins, pricing, cost drivers and customer profitability
- Build KPI dashboards & performance insights for management
- Advise on commercial decisions, resource planning and contract impact
- Identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities early
Planning & Governance
- Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and scenario modelling
- Improve finance processes, automation and data quality
- Act as a sparring partner to the Managing Director, Sales, Delivery and HR
External Relations
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks and subsidy bodies
Who You Are
- Experienced in financial control and/or business control (bonus: scale‑up, SaaS or software)
- Strong analytical insight, structured working style and high accountability
- Comfortable translating numbers into clear business guidance
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, audits and subsidies
- HBO/WO degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
- Proactive communicator who enjoys partnering with business teams
