We are seeking an organized and proactive Process Manager to help us manage and optimize key operational processes. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of incoming tickets from our support desk, manage the allocation of resources across various projects, and ensure alignment between ongoing projects, the product roadmap, and support desk needs. A key aspect of this position is working closely with the engineering teams to improve overall predictability and performance.
Key Responsibilities as Process Manager
- Support Desk Coordination: Oversee and streamline the management of incoming support tickets, ensuring timely response and resolution while prioritizing effectively based on urgency and impact.
- Resource Management: Balance resource allocation between ongoing projects, support desk needs, and long-term roadmap priorities to ensure optimal use of team capacity.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and improve performance outcomes across projects.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying bottlenecks, implementing process changes, and fostering a culture of accountability and optimization.
- Long-Term Planning: Assist in forecasting project workloads, aligning team resources with both current tasks and future business goals.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Serve as the bridge between the support desk, engineering teams, and management to ensure clear communication, timely updates, and effective coordination.
- Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team progress, predict upcoming challenges, and ensure that goals are met efficiently.
About You
- Proven experience in process management, operations, or similar roles within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong skills in resource planning, project coordination, and workflow management.
- Familiarity with managing or overseeing a technical support desk.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating across departments.
- Experience in working closely with engineering teams to optimize processes and enhance performance.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
