project manager in floorganise

As a PMO at Floorganise, you’ll be the engine behind predictable project delivery and continuous improvement across our shipbuilding clients. You’ll standardize how we run projects, bring clarity to schedules and risks.

You’ll collaborate daily with colleagues in project management, software development, shipyard process engineering, and analysis. You set up (sub)projects the right way, you keep them moving, and you close them cleanly—with lessons learned captured and benefits realized. When we make a promise to a client, you help the team keep it.

What you'll do

Support & Enabling PMs: Support our Project Managers on setting up the project file consisting of planning, risk thinking, and stakeholder communication. Facilitate steering group, stand‑ups, steering packs, retros, and lessons learned. Provide rhythm in project management cycles.

PM Process Compliance: Ensures consistent use of processes, documentation, and artifacts (PID, SOW, plans, and closure docs).  Monitor and signal pro-actively and with tact when the PM Process is not being followed.

Planning & Reporting: Build and maintain integrated plans and resource views across projects.  Turn operational data and project metrics into clear, executive‑ready reports and forecasts.

Tooling & Data: Champion the use of Floor2Plan/Notion data with adjacent systems often found in our ecosystem.

Junior Project Management: Coordinate (sub)projects from setup to completion with colleagues in software development and shipyard clients, ensuring improvements are piloted, validated, and adopted.
