As a Project Manager, you will proactively engage in the internal improvement processes of our shipbuilding clients. Your technical background in business administration and IT will enable you to swiftly grasp shipbuilding and its challenges, identifying potential improvement measures using insights from our MES application.
Functions and responsibilities as Project Manager
- Lead projects focused on improvement with a strong understanding of lean practices.
- Collaborate with the software development team in Zwolle.
- Establish and oversee (sub) projects to completion.
- Ensure the customer’s needs come first with a steadfast commitment.
- Foster a cooperative spirit and handle occasional international travel (about 3 times a year for a week).
Requirements
- Experienced project manager with curiosity in IT and shipyards or manufacturing.
- Ambitious and eager to develop knowledge and skills.
- Proficient in English with clear communication skills.
- Independent worker within a solid team.
- Bachelor or master level university degree or equivalent.
- EU passport (from a NATO country).
