We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Sales Manager to join our ambitious team at Floorganise.
As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in enabling shipyards across the world, from the Netherlands to the USA and Australia, to grow smarter, work faster, and boost profitability through our digital solutions.
In this role, you will take the lead in identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals that truly make a difference. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and onboarding, all while ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and customer success.
The ideal candidate combines a strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You thrive on creating value for clients, spotting growth potential, and translating real shipyard challenges into meaningful solutions.
Functions and responsibilities as Sales Manager
- Lead the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
- Build strong relationships with shipyard leaders and decision-makers
- Deliver tailored demos and proposals that solve real operational pain
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and sharpen our message
- Share client insights with product and leadership teams
- Represent Floorganise at industry events and trade shows
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (software or industrial tech preferred)
- A consultative, value-driven sales approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English; Dutch or Spanish is a plus
- Experience in maritime, manufacturing, or logistics is a bonus
- EU passport (from a NATO country)
